Is texting still a good thing to incorporate into a consumer promotion? The short answer is of course it is, however it still needs to make sense! Texting can get pricey depending on the size of your list. Think about a strategy if you’re incorporating it because you may do more harm than good.
The same way that having a phone number for your consumers is beneficial, an email address is even better! Think about it, you can send an email with perfect aesthetically pleasing images to showcase your brand! Not to mention how often we check our phones.
This one is so fun to plan out (if you enjoy planning and data that is). Before we get into the different types of coupons there are to use, this is the stage where you really have to think “what’s wrong with our brand right now?”. Is it your brand’s image? Is there bad talk on social media? Are you receiving a lot of complaints?
This type of promotion may have a lot of added pressure to it, but this is the time to really get to know your customers and more specifically what they like about your brand and what drew them in. Once you learn that, you can build your target audience and therefore you can look for more people just like them. Really think about them, write a story about them.
We touched on this topic above in attracting new customers, but we will go more in-depth into keeping those new customers and turning them into repeat buyers. You want to build loyalty through understanding and trust, and you need to be consistent during and after a consumer promotion.
Creating, launching, and running a consumer promotion can be well… stressful to say the least; trust us when we say we understand! It’s easy to feel exhausted afterwards and be very much ready to lay low once it’s gone off and you’ve accomplished what you set out to do!
We’d like to start this section by saying congratulations on your new business! It’s an exciting journey you’re embarking on, as well remember no business is too small or too big for RAVEN5!
This is our favourite question to answer, you can quite literally run a consumer promotion WHENEVER YOU WANT TO! The obvious choice is usually when there has been a setback of some kind, for example, a store closing, sales not doing well in certain department(s), poor brand image, etc.
This section is easy, what you need is RAVEN5 of course! Ok ok, we’re kidding, kinda (but not really, let us know if you need help with planning, execution, or post-campaign marketing). Let’s run through the checklist of what you’ll need, shall we?
We’re at the part everyone can agree is just a pain, the law… unfortunately it also has an important place here.
