If you haven’t heard about Gozaik yet, it’s time to look into it. I recently came across an article called “Goodbye Paper Resume’s. Now You Can Tweet To Get Hired” by Hayden Manders. The article explains how a standard paper resume is old news with Gozaik’s new innovative “Twitter Resume”. Gozaik is still in beta but is expected to become the future of job seeking.
Gozaik is a personalized interactive resume. Your Gozaik profile combines all of your basic resume requirements, and allows you to upload an introductory video. Gozaik links employers right to your Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram handles and allows you to apply for jobs with just one click. Employers will be notified of applications in real time and immediately be able to access your “Twitter resume”, aka your “Gozaik”.
Gozaik has many exciting features, allowing you to really differentiate yourself from others and engage potential employers. Gozaik allows you to showcase interests, hobbies, passions, achievements, work samples, and more with the option of adding images. It also allows you to attach skills and expertise keywords to help employers find you easier.
Gozaik has tools for employers too. As an employer, you’ll be able to promote your job Tweets, search for candidates, spot trending talent, and Tweet your job announcements through Gozaik’s ‘Job Announcement’ service.
Social media has revolutionized the job search, making it easier and more convenient for both job seekers and employers. With Gozaik, I think it’s safe to say that we can expect to see the paper resume phased out in the next few years.
