I came across an online article by Stephen Joyce, on the website Tips from the T-List about social marketing success metrics … or at least that was the title.
I was actually intrigued by the L.E.A.D. aspect of the article; it’s a relatively simple concept. The article was actually based on a link from the Savvy Operator.
