Lacking some twitter inspiration?

Twitter to me is a social media platform that allows you to express your creativity in 140 characters, not to limit it.  I came across an article called “25 Twitter Accounts to Make You Laugh” and was impressed by the caliber of writing that some of these individuals possessed. It was quite incredible to explore some of these people’s Twitter accounts. These people were engaging, eccentric and had some truly unique thoughts on subjects. It was also impressive to see how creative and interesting they are able to be with only 140 characters… Need some Twitter Inspiration? Check out those accounts!

Looking at some of these Twitter accounts has definitely helped me in expanding my thought process while writing. These people make it okay to say weird things and they talk about everyday things that we all notice, but fail to acknowledge or speak about.

Every writer should be able to write and speak about everyday things that identify with people. This will always get your readers’ attention because they will think, “Damn, this person really knows and gets me”. When you write about content like this people will be more likely to follow your blogs because you talk about things they want to read about.  Being a writer is almost a selfless profession because you’re constantly thinking about what the reader wants.

Keeping it interesting as a writer can be difficult, but as long as you do just that you will be successful in your writing. Challenge yourself as a writer and encourage yourself to be more involved on Twitter. It will help you in your writing to be more concise and creative.  Be engaging, creative and passionate in those 140 characters, it’s all you have.
