Every so often you come across something that in the end is just plain fun! Some would suggest silly, but Google (not so silly) does have a loose and easy environment. You might be asking though, “do a barrel roll?”

Those of you who know what a real Pin Ball machine looks like, you know the one with the steel ball bearing, will really enjoy the search term “tilt”. Certainly, Google has a loose approach contrary to most offices. I have to say when I first began my business, personal calls and email were frowned upon and today, we embrace email and social media sites readily.

The take away, have some fun, loosen up a bit. If you can afford the time give your staff some developmental opportunities. Not everything we do has to be so serious, if it’s good enough for Google, well … you know.
