Research and Planning Fee
WHILE WE APPRECIATE BEING INCLUDED IN THE RFP PROCESS, NOBODY SHOULD WORK FOR FREE.
What we know: Every sweepstakes and contest marketing program features a different ask that requires a tailored response to ensure individual client needs are met.
What we’ve seen: In-spite of our expertise, research time is always required prior to a project being awarded.
Why we do this: In order to provide a comprehensive estimate that covers everything. We offer a research and planning fee.
What it is: Our R&P Fee is designed to cover the time it takes for our staff to thoroughly research the rules and regulations internationally.
What’s included: Our basic charge ensures that clients have a complete overview of the program.
How much then: The basic R&P Fee is $2,500. Additional countries are $1,000 each.
The good news: Should RAVEN5 be awarded the program, we’ll be happy to deduct the R&P Fee from the invoice schedule.
A WINNING SOLUTION FOR A COMPLEX PROCESS
