Ivy Charging Network Charge & Win Sweepstakes

  1. When is the Sweepstakes open?

The Sweepstakes is open from June 15 at 12:00:01 AM ET to September 5, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

 

  1. Who is the Sweepstakes open to?

Legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

 

  1. What are the prizes?

There are four (4) Monthly Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in the Sweepstakes.

Each Monthly Prize is valued at $120.00 CAD and consists of:

(i)         a $25.00 Starbucks gift card,

(ii)        a $25.00 Tim Hortons gift card,

(iii)       $50.00 in value of ONmarket products,

(iv)       one (1) ONroute Tumbler,

(v)        one (1) ONroute drawstring bag, and

(vi)       a $10 credit redeemable at Ivy fast charging stations (Level 3 – Ivy Charge & Go).

The Grand Prize is valued at up to $1,300.00 CAD and consists of:

(i)         one (1) year of free fast charging (Level 3 – Ivy Charge & Go), up to a value of $,1,000,

(ii)        a $75.00 Canadian Tire car wash voucher, and

(iii)       $225.00 in Canadian Tire gift cards.

  1. How do I enter the Sweepstakes?

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://chargeandwin.ca (the “Sweepstakes Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an entry. You will be required to provide your first name, surname, email address, phone number, and postal code of residence and agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Next, click “ENTER” and answer the two (2) survey questions to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, not including bonus entries.

Please note that in order to earn Bonus Charging Entries (as further described below), entrants must register for the Sweepstakes using the email address linked to their Ivy Charging account.

 

  1. How can I earn Bonus Entries?

There are four (4) ways to earn Bonus Entries into the Sweepstakes:

1) Bonus Social Share Entries:  Once the online entry form has been completed, you may share the Sweepstakes on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Pinterest. You will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for sharing on Facebook, one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for sharing on Twitter, one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for sharing on LinkedIn and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for sharing on Pinterest (each, a “Bonus Social Share Entry”).  Limit of one (1) Bonus Social Share Entry for sharing on Facebook, one (1) Bonus Social Share Entry for sharing on Twitter, one (1) Bonus Social Share Entry for sharing on LinkedIn and one (1) Bonus Social Share Entry for sharing on Pinterest, for a total of three (4) Bonus Social Share Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

2) Bonus Email Share Entries: Once the online entry form has been completed, you may share the Sweepstakes by email with up to five (5) email addresses. You will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each email you share the Sweepstakes with (each, a “Bonus Email Share Entry”). Limit of five (5) Bonus Email Share Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

3) Bonus Charging Entries: Once the online entry form has been completed, entrants can earn additional entries during the Sweepstakes Period by using the Ivy Charging App to purchase charging sessions.

Participants will earn one (1) entry for each charging sessions purchased on the Ivy Charging App during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Bonus Charging Entry”), with a limit of:

(i)         sixteen (16) Bonus Charging Entries during the month of June (from June 15, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to June 30, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET);

(ii)        thirty-one (31) Bonus Charging Entries during the month of July (from July 1, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to July 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET);

(iii)       thirty-one (31) Bonus Charging Entries during the month of August (from August 1, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to August 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET); and

(iv)       five (5) Bonus Charging Entries during the month of September (from September 1, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to September 5, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET).

Bonus Charging Entries will be earned for charging sessions purchased on the Ivy Charging App after you complete the online entry form, and for charging sessions purchased within the month you enter the Sweepstakes. Charging sessions purchased on the Ivy Charging App must take place during the Sweepstakes Period to be considered a valid Bonus Charging Entry.

Entrants shall be limited to a total of eighty-three (83) Bonus Charging Entries and Bonus Mail-in Entries combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

4) Bonus Mail-in Entries (Free Method of Entry): Once the online entry form has been completed, entrants can earn additional entries each day during the Sweepstakes Period by hand printing their first name, surname, email address, phone number, postal code of residence and the words: Ivy Charging Network Charge & Win Sweepstakes followed by a hand-written 150-word unique and original essay on “the benefits of Ivy Charge and Go services”, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to: Ivy Charging Network Charge & Win Sweepstakes c/o RAVEN5, B9-461 North Service Road W., Oakville, Ontario, Canada, L6M 2V5 to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each, a “Bonus Mail-in Entry”). Limit of one (1) Bonus Mail-In Entry per postmarked envelope, and limit of:

(i)         sixteen (16) Bonus Mail-In Entries during the month of June (from June 15, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to June 30, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET);

(ii)        thirty-one (31) Bonus Mail-In Entries during the month of July (from July 1, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to July 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET);

(iii)       thirty-one (31) Bonus Mail-In Entries during the month of August (from August 1, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to August 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET); and

(iv)       five (5) Bonus Mail-In Entries during the month of September (from September 1, 2022 at 12:00:01 AM ET to September 5, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET).

  1. How do I confirm that my charge earned me an entry?

Entrants must register for the Sweepstakes using the email address linked to their Ivy Charging account to earn Bonus Charing Entries. Simply charge at any Ivy station across Ontario and we’ll grant you additional ballots.

 

  1. I entered the sweepstakes using a different email address than my Ivy log in, how can I ensure I get entries for future charges?

In order to receive Bonus Charing Entries, the email address you use to enter the sweepstakes must match the email address on your Ivy account. If it doesn’t, please reach out to help@raven5.com to have it updated.

 

  1. I don’t own an Electric Vehicle (EV), can I still enter?

Absolutely! Our Sweepstakes is geared towards EV owners, but we welcome participation from all eligible entrants (please refer to question 2 for eligibility).

 

  1. Is there a minimum purchase amount to receive Bonus Charing Entries?

Charging sessions must be greater than $0.00 to earn a Bonus Charging Entry. Don’t forget, there are lots of free ways to earn entries, too! (Refer to question 5).

 

  1. How many entries can I earn?

1 Opt-In Entry per person, up to 4 Bonus Social Share Entries, up to 5 Bonus Email Share Entries, and up to 83 Bonus Charging Entries and/or Bonus Mail-In Entries.

 

  1. How are the winners decided?

Monthly Prize Winners: One (1) potential Monthly Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period in a random drawing. The Monthly Entry Period Draws will be conducted on July 5, 2022, August 3, 2022, September 6, 2022, and September 12, 2022.

Grand Prize Winner: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted on September 12, 2022.

All random drawings will be done via special software that automates the process.

 

  1. When and how will the winners be notified?

Monthly Prize winners will be notified on July 5, 2022, August 3, 2022, September 6, 2022, and September 12, 2022.

The Grand Prize winner will be notified on September 12, 2022

All potential winners will be notified by the Administrator at the email and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. The Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact each potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing date.

  1. I charged at an Ivy station prior to entering the Sweepstakes, do I receive additional entries for those charges?

Bonus Charging Entries will be earned for charging sessions purchased on the Ivy Charging App after you complete the online entry form, and for charging sessions purchased within the month you enter the Sweepstakes. Charging sessions purchased on the Ivy Charging App must take place during the Sweepstakes Period to be considered a valid Bonus Charging Entry.

As an example, if you enter on July 9, you will receive up to one entry per charge, beginning July 1 onward.

Please remember to use the same email address that you use for your Ivy account when you enter the sweepstakes at chargeandwin.ca.

 

  1. Why isn’t the link working for me?

Please ensure you have no spaces typed after your email address — this is usually the cause of this issue.
