It’s likely you’ve seen and an email from India, been approached by someone or seen an ad about putting you #1 on Google.
Fact is the only way to guarantee your status on Google is to buy it – through a Google Adwords program. If that’s what you’re looking for we can help you with that. Yet, we are talking about SEO and SEO isn’t about PAID SEARCH, but ORGANIC SEARCH.
Since we are talking about SEO, give it a try on Google Search “wiki paid search”, wiki equals Wikipedia. In any event, you’ll note the following terms.
I’d suggest that if you’re considering SEO that you spend a few minutes (maybe 30 or so) and give this information some consideration and next steps.
If you really want to start into this Google Search thing (which is number ONE on the Raven5 services and recommendations). I’d suggest you get started with these basics:
1) Google Places – claim your location
2) Google Express – try it, you’ll see how it kinda works
3) Content – create a blog, vlog, and add “stuff” to your website
4) Social Media – start working your feed, and drive them to your website
5) Google Analytics – look at the basics
6) Google Search – check your rankings (ask family to as well)
Fact is that SEO is hard to do. If you think that improving your Google rank will assist your firm, build your online traffic and drive sales, then we recommend trying it. Once you’ve spent some time, got the basics underway, then you need to look to a professional to develop your SEO.
SEO is not something to treat lightly. Your SEO is like building a home; you need a good solid foundation to build your house upon. The point here is simple, if you want to be number one; you have to work at being number one.
If you want to be number one, hire a professional. Your long-term success depends on it. Besides – you’ll learn lots; you’ll gather leads and likely drive sales on the way. We’re number one, we’re number one.
